RushReady was born from a simple frustration: watching hardworking restaurant operators hand over their guests, their margins, and their data to third-party delivery giants. We set out to build the ordering platform that puts restaurants back in control.
Our story
It started in 2023 when our founders — a restaurant operator and a software engineer — sat in a cramped back office watching the lunch rush unfold on a KDS screen while a third-party tablet beeped orders they could barely keep up with.
The commission checks were brutal. Worse, the operator had no idea who most of his customers were — the platform owned that data. Loyalty? Impossible when every guest relationship was mediated by an app that also promoted the competition.
So they built RushReady: a direct ordering and loyalty platform engineered for the realities of fast-casual and QSR operations. Smart order throttling to tame the rush, frictionless mobile ordering to capture demand, and a built-in loyalty engine to keep guests coming back — all without a single dollar in commission fees.
